The area’s premiere holiday lights extravaganza returns for
its third year with more lights than ever before. Starting at zMAX Dragway and
weaving through the infield of the 1.5-mile superspeedway, visitors can get in
the holiday spirit with a ride through more than 800 displays made up of more
than 3 million holiday lights.
Thursday through Sunday nights, visitors can add even more
holiday excitement with a stop at the Speedway Christmas Village, which will
feature a Bethlehem Village presented by New Life 91.9 with live actors and
animals, a petting zoo, games and activities in Santa’s Workshop, as well as
the chance to visit Santa Claus for a photo.

DOWN A CAROLINA ROAD
Movie nights will be held every Friday and Saturday. Movie
nights are presented by Great Wolf Lodge. Movies scheduled to be played at 7
p.m. each night are as follows:
Dec. 14 and 15: "A Christmas Story"
Dec. 21 and 22: "Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole
Christmas"
Dec. 28 and 29: "Christmas Vacation"
Tickets to Speedway Christmas are $15 per car Monday-Wednesday,
when the Christmas Village is closed, and $20 per car Thursday-Sunday, when the
Village is open.
New for 2012, visitors can feel the chill on the outdoor
Coca-Cola ice rink, made with real ice and open throughout the holiday season.
Group discounts, private skates and theme nights will also be part of the fun.
