DOWN A CAROLINA ROAD

It has been once again a long time since I posted!  So much going on. . . but mostly great things happening.  Since I last posted we named the quilting business THREE STRANDS QUILTING.  Custom orders for memory quilts are really coming in and I am so thankful.  A few baby quilts, tshirt quilts, and of course a few for fun too!  Here are some pics of what I have been up to lately . . .

The new frame makes it so much easier to quilt these larger size quilts!

First run on the new frame - quilting vines on solid cloth

It took a little practice to get used to free motion quilting on the frame vs pulling it through the sewing machine

This is a prayer quilt pattern on the frame getting quilting

A banner to hang in our church and YES each one of those pieces were cut and then sewed to the one inch black "leading" border.
